
Hi, I made the terrible mistake of purchasing an Argent Hippogryph mount yesterday not realising that the mount was not the silver/while one but infact a not so nice cheap wow power level Unfortunetly due to the way mounts now work, you have to learn the mount before you can see it so im unable to trade it back to the vendor for the 150 marks back.
I sent in a GM ticket straight away and around 8 hours later got an automated email saying that nothing could be done etc and to send another ticket for more help. So i did exactly that and another 8 hours later i recieved another email,this time short and sweet just saying basically that a GM can't reverse the transaction, however with no reason why not.
I haven't actually been able to speak to a GM directly due to the 6-8 hour ticket waits we have at the moment....
I do appreciate that it was my own fault for not doing more research on the colour of the mount (even though alot of wow power level info sites listed the silver/white one as the the argent one) but i just cannot understand why this can't be reversed?
